13. All fees paid or donations made of any kind and sent to the Teutonic Knights Templars or any of its Institutions or Agencies or Agents are non-refundable and non-returnable and are accepted as a free will donation.

In our advertising and many writings we have tried to use the words “free will donation”, however sometimes we have used fee, fee amount, payment as well as other similar words. This is because we write in several countries and languages. Not everyone in our associations is well educated in English. It is each person's responsibility to understand and be aware of the fact that no matter the word(s) being used they are to mean and be accepted as “free will donation”.

a. Free Will Donations as stated in section 13 above include such as the following but NOT LIMITED TO THESE ALONE: cash, money, any kind of currency and its transfer by such as bank or Western Union or Money Gram or such as PayPal or E-Gold or Xoom, money orders, checks, any kind of written material, papers submitted by email or any other means as part of a course given by any of our educational Institutions.

b. ALL DONATIONS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE TEUTONIC KNIGHTS TEMPLARS AND MAY BE USED IN ANY WAY SEEN AS GOOD AND PROPER BY THE TEUTONIC KNIGHTS TEMPLARS OR THE GERMANITE BRETHREN CORPS. (To find more information about the Teutonic Knights Templars read the Main Page).

14. BECAUSE THE TEUTONIC KNIGHTS TEMPLARS IS A LAWFUL AND AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT AND HAS APPOINTED THE GERMANITE BRETHREN CORPS TO REPRESENT IT AND THEREFORE COLLECT ALL MONIES TO THE TKT AND SEEING THAT THE GERMANITE BRETHREN CORPS IS NON-PROFIT YET NOT A 501(C)(3), AND ALL OF ITS SUB-ORGANIZATIONS ARE AS WELL ANY MONIES OF ANY KIND TO ANY AGENT THEREOF OR PLACE OF ADDRESS THEREOF IS CONSIDERED A "FREE WILL DONATION", AND THEREFORE ANY ASSOCIATED BOOKS, DOCUMENTS, UNIVERSITY DEGREES, AAHSD, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS OR GED, AND ANY FORM OF PROCESSING OF SUCH IS FREE.

16. This university and high school are accredited by the “CrownWealth Accrediting Commission” which is an agency of the State Government of the Teutonic Knights Templars Department of Education. It is also accredited by the Fifth World Accreditation Agency (5WAA). Therefore this university has both public and private accreditation.

Donations: If you apply to any of our schools the donation must be made in the required amount on the same day. If not your services will be canceled and at no time in the future may you again apply. Exception: if you live more than 50 miles from Nogales Arizona or your local Institute or a Germanite Brethren Corps office. Contact the Germanite Brethren Corps for special payment instructions.
